1. Digital Product Policy

The Digital Parents sells digital products that are delivered electronically.

Because PDF guides and digital downloads can be accessed, downloaded, saved, copied, or viewed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

This means we usually do not offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • changing your mind after purchase;
  • purchasing by mistake without contacting us immediately;
  • not using the product;
  • deciding the guide is not what you expected;
  • forgetting to use a discount code;
  • finding a similar resource elsewhere;
  • downloading or accessing the file successfully and then requesting a refund.

3. Download and Access Issues

4. No Guaranteed Results

However, we do not guarantee specific results.

We cannot guarantee that:

  • your child will respond in a certain way;
  • a parenting challenge will disappear;
  • you will stop yelling completely;

Every parent, child, and family is different. Because results vary, refunds are not provided simply because a guide did not produce a specific outcome.


5. Duplicate Purchases

If we can verify the duplicate charge, we may refund the duplicate payment.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
